We Got Married!
After nearly 8 years together (this time), Eric and I got married Friday night in front of the people we love most in this world. If you have read The Rocking Chair chapter of my book, Shameless, you know that this is a real live love story - a story that began in 1993 and includes a little heartbreak and a lot of healing.

Honeymoon!
After posting regularly on The Corners since December 2019, I am taking a break for our honeymoon. Eric and I are walking the Camino de Santiago and will be unplugging.
BUT…. My friends are stepping in to keep The Corners going while I am away!
It makes me a little teary to say how quickly and enthusiastically these folks said yes when I asked if they’d post here while Eric and I are away.
So,

I want to honor you folks who trust me enough to support my work, so I am leaving you with the coolest roster of substitute teachers ever!
Some of the posts while I am away will be for everyone, most will be just for paid subscribers and some will have a mix of both with a generous chunk for everyone.
The Corners is in good hands and I am in love and for all of this and for you, I am deeply grateful.
